Simple and Easy to Make Chocolate Fudge Recipe

A very simple and easy to make dessert that can be made and kept freeze for a long period.I say this recipe makes a small portion of chocolate into a big chocolate bar.Kids will love this recipe.

 Ingredients:-

• 300 grams of Sweet condensed milk
• 324 grams chocolate bar
• 1tbsp of butter
• 1tsp vanilla essence
• 1 cup mixed dry fruits (Cashews, Almonds, walnuts etc)


Direction :-

1. Start by adding some water in a vessel that has been placed over the stove.
2. On the other hand in a bowl roughly mix chocolate, condensed milk, vanilla essence and butter together.
3. Now place this bowl in the water vessel and allow everything inside it to mix and blend properly.(When the water starts boiling keep the heat to low.)
4. After this drop in this mix in a greased container and allow it to cool down in the refrigerator for about 5 hours.
5. Then cut and serve in pieces of your choice.

Tips:-

• All the ingredients should be at room temperature when we start making the recipe for faster cooking.
• You can line your container with an aluminum foil or wax paper before pouring the mix in it.
• You can also use a microwave to melt the chocolate; but be careful.




Simple and Easy Home Made Bread In Microwave In 5 Minutes

Bread now can be said is a part of our daily food needs and we can have it at any time of the day from morning breakfast to night dinner. We must have tasted and seen a lot of variety of breads but the taste aroma and fun of baking a bread at home is different and that too in 5 minutes in the microwave. Here we will see how to make a home made loaf using whole wheat flour that is healthy and easy to digest.

Ingredients (Serving 4 )

  • 450g (3 cups) Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1 tbs (12g) Dry Active Yeast
  • 1 Cup lukewarm Milk
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Oil / Margarine
  • Water

Method:

1.  Take ½ cup of lukewarm water, dissolve yeast and sugar in it then keep it to foam up and rise for about 10 minutes.

2.  In a bowl now mix Whole wheat Flour, Salt, Milk, Oil and the risen Yeast to make very soft dough. (Add water when required).Keep on kneading the dough for about 10 to 20 minutes.

3.  Leave the bowl completely covered with a plastic bag for about 2 hours in a warm place.

4.  You will see the dough has risen to double now.

5.  Knead it again for a while dusting the dough with the extra Wheat Flour if required.

6.  Take a plastic container and grease it with a little oil and dust some wheat Flour over it - remove the extra Flour.

7.  Place the dough in the container and spread it to the shape of container removing the air from the dough.

8.  Seal the container again with a plastic bag and keep it in the refrigerator overnight.

9.  Take out the dough from the refrigerator the next day about 5 hours before putting it to bake in the Microwave for about 5 minutes on high power.

10Pierce the bread with a toothpick to check if the bread is ready.( The toothpick will come out dry and clean.)

11.  Take out the bread from the container and cool it over a perforated rack.

12.  Serve hot baked in a toaster.

Tips:

  • The more you knead the dough and make it soft adding little water your bread will turn up to be softer.
  • Keep a glass of water in the microwave while making of the bread. This will give a good crust to the bread and help to retain its moisture.
  • If the bread is properly made in microwave it will make a hollow sound when you tap it on the bottom.

Basic Yellow Rice [Taher] in Microwave

This basic yellow rice recipe also known as Taher is a part of Kashmiri cuisine that can be called as a basic of Pulao, this dish can be instantly prepared and tastes awesome. It tastes so very delicious that it can be taken without any side dish. Usually this rice is prepared at times of giving bhog while performing Pujas.

Ingredients:( Serving 2 )
  • 2 Cups Basmati Rice
  • 4 Cups Water
  • 2 tbsp Desi Ghee / Clarified butter or Mustard Oil
  • ½ tsp or Salt
  • ½ tsp Turmeric Powder / Haldi
Method:
  1. Wash and soak the rice in water for 1 hour.
  2. Then add Turmeric powder into it..
  3. Let it cook for 15 min in Microwave at high power.
  4. After a standing time of 5 min add up the salt and hot Desi Ghee.
  5. Serve hot with any spicy hot recipe.

Variations:
  • Instead of Turmeric Powder you can add 2 threads of Saffron.
  • Originally smoked out hot Mustard oil was used to temper the rice.
  • You can add salt before the cooking of rice, but adding salt later on gives a completely different flavor to the recipe.

Tips:
  • Cook the rice covered in the Microwave.

Microwave Masala Karela [Bitter Gourd]

This recipe of Karela in Microwave is a very easy to make, healthy and tasty recipe made in a minimum time period of with half hour with less oil and spices.

Ingredients: (Serving 4)

  • 500 gms Bitter Gourd/Bitter Melon (Karela)
  • 1 Big Size Potato
  • 2 Finely Chopped Medium Sized Onions
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 ½ tsp crushed Cumin Seeds
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Puree
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Garam Masala
Method:
  1. At first wash the Karela properly
  2. Cut into thin slices without removing the outer skin.
  3. Remove any hard seeds if found.
  4. Mix up all the ingredients in a bowl now- Bitter Gourd, Small cut pieces of Potato, Onion, Sugar, Crushed Cumin Seeds in a Mortar, Coriander Powder, Turmeric Powder, Tomato Puree, Oil and Salt
  5. Cover up the bowl now and Microwave it at high power for 15 min stirring once after 7 min.
  6. After 15 min are over give the dish a standing time of 5 min.
  7. Take it out and sprinkle a bit of Garam Masala.
  8. Serve with Roti, Paratha or Bread.
Tips:
  • While cooking in a Microwave always cover your bowl so that the food retains its moisture and gets up cooked fast.
  • Don’t use too big bowl for cooking as it will take much time for the food to cook.

Microwave Masala lady Finger [Bhindi]

Microwave Masala Lady Finger [Bhindi] is a tasty yet a healthy recipe as it made with very less oil and turns up as stuffed baked and crispy spicy Bhindi recipe.


Ingredients: (Serving 4)
  • 500 gms Lady Finger
  • 2 Medium Sized Onions
  • ½ Cup Chopped Coriander Leaves
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Puree
  • Salt as per Taste
  • ½ tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • ½ tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Dry Mango Powder (Amchoor)
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seed Powder
  • ½ tsp Thymol seeds or Carom (Ajwain) {Optional}
Method:
  1. Cut and wash the Lady Finger in any shape as required.
  2. In a Micro ware bowl mix up Oil, Turmeric Powder, Onions, Chili Powder, Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder, Tomato Puree, Dry Mango Powder all together.
  3. Now add the Bhindi and mix again properly.
  4. Put this in Microwave for 5 min at high power.
  5. After 5 min add a little bit of Coriander leaves and stir the Bhindi so that it gets evenly cooked.
  6. Keep the Bhindi cooking in Microwave again for 5 min at high power.
  7. After the time over take out the Bhindi and sprinkle it up with little bit of Garam Masala and Coriander Leaves.
  8. Serve hot with Roti or Paratha.
Variations:
  • If you like you can add any other vegetable with it like Capsicum or Potatoes go well with Lady Finger.
