Ingredients
  

  • 3 cup Malai Cream
  • 1/2 cup Condensed Milk
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla essence
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 x 150 gm Bourbon Chocolate Biscuits
  • Some Dry fruits

Instructions
 

  • Blended on low with added milk accumulated Malai, into a smooth thick like batter.
  • Now add to this powdered chocolate biscuits, Condensed milk, Vanilla and some chopped dry fruits.
  • After everything is well blended add this homemade Ice cream mix in a plastic box to freeze with some more biscuit pieces and dry fruits spread over it for garnish.
  • When ready scoop out or cut in pieces to enjoy.

Note

  • To make the ice cream more creamy and smooth you can freeze it once and then blend it befire finally freezing it to serve.
  • If you do not have an airtight container to avoid crystal formation cover the ice cream with a plastic wrap before putting on the lid.

Tender Coconut Kulfi ice cream recipe | Nariyal Kulfi using Condensed milk | Remember your childhood when during summers we as kids used to make Kulfi ice cream with simple easily available ingredients in our home kitchen. So here is a recipe of tender Nariyal used as the main ingredient of this recipe. Here we will not use any fancy ingredients like whipping cream which is not easily available in the market but instead a simple homemade cream or fresh Amul cream. and condensed milk. Basically, with just three ingredients you get creamy coconut Kulfi. Freeze it to scoop out or make a Nariyal Kulfi bar which is the best idea.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium or 1 cup fresh grated Coconut / Nariyal
  • 1 cup Milk / Doodh
  • 1/2 cup Condensed milk
  • 1 small pack or 250 gm fresh Amul cream
  • 1/2 tsp green Cardamom powder / Hari elaechi
  • 1-2 tbsp grated or broke Chocolate pieces
  • Some thinly sliced Almonds / Badam Optional

Instructions
 

  • Remove brown skin and cut fresh Coconut in medium to small pieces adding it to the mixer grinder along with Milk. Grind into a fine paste.
  • In a bowl beat fresh cream till smooth.
  • Add made Coconut paste along with Condensed Milk, Elaechi powder, and Chocolate pieces.
  • Mix and then pour into a mold. Garnish with some more Chocolate pieces.
  • Now keep to freeze till firm.
  • Garnish with some thinly sliced Almonds.
