Ingredients
  

DOUGH

  • 1/2 cup Wheat flour / Atta
  • 1/2 cup Refined flour / Maida
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • Salt to taste or 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Cup +2 tbsp Milk

FILLING

  • 1/2 cup Cottage cheese / Paneer
  • 1/4 cup Mozzarella cheese or 2 cubes processed cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric / Haldi
  • 1 tsp Dry Mango powder / Aamchur
  • 1/2 tsp Carom / Ajwain
  • 1 tsp grated Ginger / Adrakh
  • 1/2 tsp Chilli paste
  • 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder / Lal mirch
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin powder / Zeera
  • 1 tbsp chopped Coriander / Dhaniya
  • Oil Ghee or Butter for Roasting

Instructions
 

  • Mix the two flours add Salt and Oil.
  • Rub between your fingers till flour turns into bread crumbs.
  • Adding Milk at room temperature,make a soft dough.
  • Keep the dough covered for about 30 min.
  • Meanwhile keep the Paratha stuffing ready by adding together all the ingredients listed above for filling.
  • Divide the dough in four equal dough balls.
  • Take one dough ball roll it out into a small roti ,place about 2 teaspoons of filling and then close it either in square shape or round.
  • Spread out in form of paratha roti.
  • Place over hot griddle / tawa and roast on a medium heat adding Ghee or Butter or Oil on both sides till the Paratha gets brown spots.

Note

  • Instead of Milk you can also knead the flour using Water.
  • Keep on kneading the dough for about 5 min to get more soft Parathas.

  • 1/2 cup Refined flour / Maida
  • 1 tbsp powdered Sugar / Chini
  • 1/4 tsp Baking soda
  • 2 tbsp Corn flour

  • Using a cookie cutter or Katori cut Bread slices into round pieces.
  • In middle again cut using a small cookie cutter or a bottle cap ,to give it a shape of a Donut.
  • Apply Cream cheese on each cut Bread slices and then stick to sandwich them together .
  • Now dip this Sandwich bread in the made batter to completely coat them with the batter.
  • Drop in hot Oil to fry on medium.Flip when down on one side.
  • Strain out when golden brown.
  • Dip from one side in melted chocolate and then sprinkle with desiccated Coconut.

Ingredients
  

CHUTNEY

  • 1 cup fresh Coconut / Nariyal
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Chilli paste or 2-3 Chillies / Hari mirch
  • 2 tsp Tamarind pulp / Imli
  • 1 inch Ginger / Adrakh

TEMPER

  • 1 tbsp Oil / Tel
  • 1/4 tsp Asafoetida / Hing
  • 1/2 tsp split brown Chickpeas / Chana dal
  • 1/2 tsp Split Black Gram / Urad Dal
  • 1 tsp Mustard / Rai
  • 7-8 Curry leaves / Kadi patta
  • 3 Dry red chillies / Sukhi mirch
  • Water / Pani

Instructions
 

  • Break and remove the brown skin of coconut then cut it into small pieces.
  • Add it to the mixer grinder along with salt, chilli paste or chillies, tamarind paste, ginger pieces and some water.
  • Grind it into a fine paste then take it out into a bowl.
  • For the temper heat oil and then keeping it over a low add asafoetida, split black gram, split brown chickpea, mustard seeds, Curry leaves and dried red chilli.
  • Let the whole spices crackle over low for few seconds and then immediately add this temper over the Chutney.
  • Give a lite stir and it’s ready to be enjoyed with Dosa Idli or Vada.
