1/2 tsp Black Cumin Seeds / Kalonji
1/2 tsp Garlic Paste
1/2 tsp Ginger Paste
1/2 tsp Ajwain
1 tsp Dry Mango Powder / Amchor
1/2 tsp Jeera / Cumin Seeds
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 to 1 tsp Green Chilli Paste as per your taste
4 tbsp Chickpea Flour / Besan
Salt as per taste
About 1/2 to 1 Glass Water
8 Bread Slices
Slices of Cheese
Oil for frying
Method
1.Mix all the spices along with the chickpea flour and water forming a batter neither too thick nor too thin.
2.Place the Cheese slice between two slices of Bread and cut it in a triangular shape
3.Dip the cheese filled slices in the Batter and completely coat the bread with it .
4.Now deep fry the coated slices on a medium heat.
5.Serve hot with sauce or chutney.
