A special recipe that can be made both spicy hot or simple best for a party get together.
Ingredients:-
• 200gms Tofu
• ½ Cup Yoghurt / Curd
• ½ tsp Ginger Paste
• ½ tsp Pepper
• ½ tsp Cumin Seed Powder
• 1 tsp Lemon Juice
• ½ tsp Chili Flakes or as per your taste
• ½ tsp Garam Masala
• 2 tbsp Olive Oil
For Curry Mix
• 2 tbsp melted Butter
• ½ tsp Ginger Paste
• ½ tsp Cumin Seed
• ½ tsp Garlic Paste
• 500gms Florets of Cauliflower
• 1 Cups Green Peas
• 1 tsp Salt or as per your taste
• ½ tsp Green Chili Paste
• 1 Cup Tomato Puree
• 1-2 Cups Water
• 1 Cup Fresh Cream
• ½ tsp Pepper
• ½ tsp Garam Masala
• ½ tsp Black Cumin / Shahi Jeera
• 1 tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves / Dhania
Direction:-
1. Squeeze and cut the tofu into cubes.
2. Keep it marinated adding all the ingredients listed above for about 15 minutes.
3. After this sauté the marinated Tofu in olive Oil in a non stick pan till golden brown (It will take you about 10min on a medium heat)
4. Now take out the Tofu pieces and keep aside.
5. In the same pan now add some Butter and to this add Cumin seeds; let them to splatter.
6. Now add the Ginger & Garlic paste.
7. Then add florets of Cauliflower and keep on sautéing for about 3 min.
8. Drop in the Peas now and keep on sautéing for another 10 min. Meanwhile add into it Chili paste and salt.
9. By this time Cauliflower will turn a bit tender and settle down.
10. Now add Tomato puree and about 2 cups of water. Close the lid and let it to cook for about 15 min.
11. After this add fresh cream,Tofu,Pepper,Garam Masala,Black Cumin and chopped Coriander Leaves then cover it up and let it to cook on a low heat for about 2 min.
12. Serve hot with Paratha or Puri.
