Veg Lentil Burger are a good healthy substitute for non vegetarian burger. They are high in protein and nutritional values and can be taken as any time hunger buster.
Ingredients:-
- Big Burger size Buns
- 1 Cup green gram
- 1 Cup Split Bengal Gram
- 1 Cup chopped Walnuts
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 tsp Mustard Paste
- 1 tsp Garlic Paste
- 1½ Cup Finely Chopped Onions
- 2 Cups Wheat germ
- 1 Cup Milk
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp pepper
- Soak the Lentils for about 4 hours.
- Grind and make a pure out of it.
- Then mix all the above ingredients
- After mixing take a spoonful of the made mixture and shallow fry it in a non stick pan, till golden brown.
- Keep the made cutlet in between the bun topped with tomato slice, cheese slice, lettuce leaves and cucumber slice.
