Veg Lentil Burger



Veg Lentil Burger are a good healthy substitute for non vegetarian burger. They are high in protein and nutritional values and can be taken as any time hunger buster.

Ingredients:-

  • Big Burger size Buns
  • 1 Cup green gram
  • 1 Cup Split Bengal Gram
  • 1 Cup chopped Walnuts
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1 tsp Mustard Paste
  • 1 tsp Garlic Paste
  • 1½ Cup Finely Chopped Onions
  • 2 Cups Wheat germ
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp pepper
Method:-
  • Soak the Lentils for about 4 hours.
  • Grind and make a pure out of it.
  • Then mix all the above ingredients
  • After mixing take a spoonful of the made mixture and shallow fry it in a non stick pan, till golden brown.
  • Keep the made cutlet in between the bun topped with tomato slice, cheese slice, lettuce leaves and cucumber slice.
