Those who just hate to drink milk this recipe would be hard to resist even for them. This drink can well be called a mixture of flavor, taste and health. You can add your own experiences with this drink by adding in or subtracting your own flavors and you will just love it.
Ingredients: (Serving 2)- 2 ½ Cups of Milk
- 1 Green Tea Bag
- 2 tsp Sugar or Honey
- 5 grated Almonds
- ¼ tsp Cinnamon Powder
- ¼ tsp Green Cardamom Powder
- 4 strands Saffron (Optional)
- Let the to boil in a vessel, when it is about to come to boil add the tea bag to it.
- Add sugar along with Almonds and keep on boiling on a low flame till about ½ cup of milk gets evaporated and gets a bit thick.
- Then add the Cinnamon and Cardamom powder, give it again a boil for a minute.
- Take out the tea bag.
- Pour in the cups and garnish with Almonds and Saffron.
- Serve hot.
