MacaroniPasta is originally an Italian recipes but is now made and enjoyed all
over the world among all age groups.These tube or shell shaped crunchy
pieces are made out of semolina dough.Macaroni Pasta is made in a
variety of styles and flavors, some love it baked and some eat it in
form of salad. We are here sharing with you this recipe in a different
and easy style the way in which we like to make it , you can call this
an Indian and Chinese mix.
Ingredients: (Serving
4)
- 2 Cups Macaroni Pasta
- 1 tsp Soya sauce
- 4 tsp Tomato sauce
- 1 Big Tomatoes
- Oil
- Salt to taste
- ½Cup Cheese
- Pepper (Optional)
- ½Cup Carrot
- ½Cup Green Pepper / Capsicum
- ½Cup Corn
- 1 Green Chili
- 2 Medium sized Onion
- Water
- Heat some Oil in the frying pan and add finely chopped Onions and Green chilies. Keep frying till golden brown.
- Meanwhile keep the Macaroni Pasta soaked in 3 cups of lukewarm water
- Now add finely chopped veggies (Corn, Carrot and Capsicum) and keep sautéing them for about 5 min.
- Then add finely chopped Tomatoes and keep on sautéing again for couple of minutes till the Tomatoes get mashed down.
- Add the Tomato sauce, soya sauce and Salt.
- Now add the Macaroni Pasta and keep on cooking till it gets tender.
- Serve hot garnished with cheese flakes.
- You can also use Tomato puree instead of fresh Tomatoes.
